Parmenide Fossil Oak Dining Table

The C14 carbon test dates back the wood of this table to 3652-3375 b.C. This date is engraved on a small 
element inserted in the tabletop and also a certificate will accompain the table
This table is made using two slabs of fossil oak joined using transparent resin. The wood’s color has been 
beautifully modified by the passage of the time. The edges of the two boards that comprise the table retain 
their original form, highlighting thousands of years of natural aging.
The two boards are joined with transparent resin. 
Oil finish based on natural wax and water, that doesn’t alter the original color of the wood.
